An application has been allowed for the Mark NXOPINION in connection with the goods and services in Classes 9 and 44.   Application No. 78/392,812.

Intellectual Property

The $8 million core technology underlying NxOpinion was developed by Robertson Research Institute with the IP owned by VANAHAB, LLC. This technology was developed with technical consultation from Microsoft and has been built on the Microsoft .NET framework. The result is the development of a technology that is not only user friendly but one that can be developed to run on multiple platforms with maximum agility.   NxOpinion holds an exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, perpetual license to market NxOpinion to revenue generating global medical education and healthcare markets.
